Very competent inspiring

Dr Goswami answered all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough and sensitive to my inquiries. His knowledge, experience, and compassion came through and was greatly appreciated. I was able to learn more about my infusion process.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Goswami because he has previously healed my wrist with PRP. This time I had torn my rotator cuff in a few places and he used stem cell injections plus PRP to help it heal. 3 months later, and it's incredible how much it has healed itself! I'm incredibly grateful for this medical technology and for Dr. Goswami's expertise. The procedure was surprisingly easy and virtually painless. This is worth every penny. My body and health are the best things I can invest in, and this is more effective than any procedure insurance covers.

I had the stem cell procedure on my shoulder. Ruby , the nurse who assisted is a true angel. Stem cell is not an easy procedure. She guides you through it and she is available to speak with whenever you need her during follow up. Such a much better alternative than surgery. I’m excited and hopeful for positive results.

I went to casami the first time for my shoulders and he did a great job. So that I went back for my right knee and so far it's been really good. I'd recommend him to anybody. The staff is very friendly and he's very friendly and he's concerned about me all the time. So they call me and check on me and just don't leave me hanging. They're very caring people for what they? So I recommend him highly to have this done before you have surgery.Once you have surgery you can't go back

Dr Goswami takes great care to listen to his patients and provide unique treatments designed to address unique problems. I have seen him three times now. Once for stem cell injections into arthritic joints in my hands, once for PRP injections in my hip for tendenosis, and just yesterday for a systemic infusion to tamp down my RA. The first two treatments were effective, particularly the hip injections. I went from barely being able to walk to walking 5 miles, biking 15 miles and returning to pilates and Peloton workouts. It was nothing short of life changing. The treatments take time to see the results. For my tendenosis, it took three months to start seeing improvement and six months to get the full benefit. So you need to be patient. It is too early to know the outcome of my systemic infusion, but I have high hopes. Traditional RA treatment worked for me for about 10 years, but in recent years has become less and less effective, despite changing up my TA drugs multiple times. I know the infusion will not cure my RA, but I hope it will give me more active years. We shall see. In addition, Dr. Goswami’s staff, Sandra and Ruby, are readily available to answer questions and help with your treatment. The entire office is attentive, caring and motivated to see their patients improve. I highly recommend Dr. Goswami’s clinic.

Dr. Goswami was very informative, did an ultrasound and x-rays of my knees. He showed me was the issue was, it was obvious, and his solution made 100% sense. Doing the stem cells procedure, will stop the pain I have on one knee and prevent the other knee from giving me pain. 100% better than knee operation, and a much easier recovery, and I can walk out after the procedure!

Dr Goswami is amazing. He listens without preconceived notions- advises with the best treatment plan. When I mentioned that I am not very good at handling pain- he quickly made adjustments to make sure I was at ease. Almost immediately after the stem cell procedure I noticed a difference. The best part of the procedure is that the everything is harvested from my own body. I also would like to take the time to mention how great Ruby and Sandra are. They both are kind and sensitive and clearly work well with each other. Both my procedures were handled with the utmost respect and professionalism.
